While I agree wholeheartedly with the point you made about the decline of media literacy and the lack of any basic simple compréhension skills, I also think it's fair to highlight that for some people reading manhwas is just a fun hobby, so trying to keep up with such a complex and intricate storyline especially on the span of yeaaaaaaars can be quite tiresome, also it's hard to remember every single thing that happend and actually follow along the development when we get an update once a week and go through a chapter in like a minute not to mention the hiatus and the late translations
Yeahh I acknowledge these points too hence why i said i understand ppl losing their minds over them in the comments and doing fanwars between horus stans and Seth stans. I just wish ppl were a bit more considerate and actually ask for opinions or open themselves for discussions regarding things they dont remember or follow along so that we can all have a good time amd avoid useless beefing but yeah then again I understand where they come from and its inevitable. We cant do anything about it
Yes I completely agree, it's frustrating when you read a loaded story with such a refined plot and such well written characters only for the comment section to be a ship war, even more exasperating when you have no one in real life with whom you share this interest so the comment section is the only place where you can discuss the story at hand only to be disappointed by the lack of any sort of interest in the plot itself just the fucking and the sexing
Okay I scrolled the comment section quite a bit and im not surprised at all. Reading comprehension and media literacy had been on the decline for a while now and this story in itself is also hard to keep up with so I dont really blame the horus vs Seth shooters here lol but i wish I could see more discourse and word exchange by ppl who understand the moral ambiguity of this story and dont place horuseth in definite white vs black box. Also anyone up to discuss horus the elder theories and how things are slowly leading up to it.? Im a bit thrown off by thoth and maats words but im still holding on that theory
