It seems that in the show they will kiss (I just started it and went to see if they’d kiss and saw they do, can’t say for sure about the comic)
I saw both ok so for this comic the ending is kinda similar to the kdrama like it doesn’t show us if they did end up together leaving us the reader to interpret the ending (which I assumed they did in both) but yes there’s also a kiss scene in the comic just yk not in the tub but rather when seulgi was asleep on her desk and it was actually jay who took the initiative to kiss her first
