I think the confusion comes from the vibes and the plot... Like how bogh tops come from rich families yet stay with the bottoms just out of love. The deep gaze they have and so on.. But honestly, a lot of yaois have this nowadays. I understand where the confusion comes from but the stories are waaaaaay too different to even say that they are doing plagiarism.
