I was already pissed off at him because he kept throwing himself on her (poor girl was under the impression that they were FWBs the entire time because HE CAN’T COMMUNICATE PROPERLY AND THE ONE TIME HE DID, SHE WAS DRUNK), and got even more pissed off when he said that he didn’t need a condom because he got a vasectomy not only are vasectomies not 100% effective, but a condom also helps with preventing the transmission of STDs and other diseases. In a nutshell, use a condom unless you’re both trying for a kid - especially if one person brought it knowing that you’ll both do the do. Stupid man, fuck off.

A 13 year long friendship? There was no friendship at all if he never thought of her as anything other than a love interest he had a crush on her the second he saw her and was too much of a coward to properly confess, and decided to do so when she’s incredibly drunk. Ofc she’s not going to remember your confession, and OBVIOUSLY her “yes” doesn’t mean anything if she doesn’t remember shit.

I mean for the STD part he was a virgin and he knew that she too was a virgin.
I agree with most of what you said. Confessing when she was drunk was a coward move, but I don't think that being friends until he was ready to confess was a coward move.

You can still get STDs and STIs outside of sexual acts.
