I'm gonna guess by "leaving" you mean he becomes sort of the new earth's life? I knew somewhat that Dam may need to leave.... BUT I LEGIT FEEL STRESSED ABOUT IT BEING THE ACTUAL ENDING

Mishi will grow distant with dam after finding out that dam will not be staying with them. At the last day dam tried to leave,and he found mishi sitting at the gate dam is going to leave from. Mishi stopped dam from leaving and they both cried. Dam still leave after saying goodbye to mishi properly.
