Tell us plain what the definition of grape is. Because while these are all reasons for ABUSE, Kim Dan is capable of saying no like he did when he left Jae. Capable of consent, which is the core of deciding grape or not. So, without involving the different types of abuse, what's the definition of grape?
Kim Dan literally had the option of saying no at the start but he ended up saying yes because he needed the money. He was not raped, rape is forced sex, and what Jaekyung explained to Dan about his Jinx was mentioned that he may in fact use Kim whenever needed, and Kim Dan still agreed to those terms
Also or that last part, when JJK traced KD to where he was, he didn't just force himself on KD, I mean if you actually read the part before they start doing it, it shows the KD was reluctant to do it, but when I say it, I mean he quite literally said 'alright then, let's do it' and stuff even though JJK never said or even mentioned doing that before hand.

If you have a agreement to have sex doesn't mean that you can't get raped. He did so many things without Dan's approval and was aggressive and abusive.
