Nothing really? I’m also 99.9% sure the white haired guy is the baby daddy and NOT the prosecutor.
It's because he was in heat with the prosecutor and apparently omegas rarely get pregnant outside of their heat. I agree that the white hair is definitely the father, but that's why he thinks its the prosecutor.

I'm sorry but why is the mc so set on the the idea that the prosecutor is the father of the baby. Like he and the white haired guy also had sex and the mc left before white haired guy could give him the morning after pills. Also when he had that dream after getting roofied with milk by those inmates he dreamed of a tiny brown fox which I'm thinking symbolizes his baby and a large white snake protecting them which I'm thinking is symbolizing the white haired guy. Showing their connection to the tiny brown fox as it's parents. Also around of time of the mc being roofied by milk. The doctor and prosecutor implied that mc has had continuous exposure to milk (the drug) and because of this he has built up a sort of resistance to it but like when did this happen I understand the guard had exposure when he was a baby causing him to be both an alpha AND omega but when did mc have exposure. Also I am totally endgame with white haired guy being the ml. Because like even in the beginning he was so nice to mc kind of and unlike the prosecutor he didn't force mc to have sex with him-- like is the prosecutor bipolar like what's with the switch up is it cuz he thinks bro has his kid
