She has a disability. That is a very real reason why someone would struggle in relationships like that as a young person. And I'm saying that as a disabled person myself. That's part of her story is coming out of the bubble she's been in and discovering the world.
He has lived a well traveled life so far, he has more experience than her. That's always been the story here. So yes it would make sense that he's had a relationship before.

Now lets act like we dont know how japanese authors have a weird obsession with „purity“ when it comes to the female leads! Of course i would not have a problem with him having an Ex Gf if she had someone too, its just that in tired of this „virgin FL x experienced ML“ trope. I want them Both to be experienced or neither. And that is definitely not „weird“ of me.
Also if the FL had an Ex too it would break the cliche of disabled people having no love life.

There’s also Oushi too. He had a meltdown over Yuki just talking to Itsuomi and tried to sabotage her. I wouldn’t be surprised if we learn that other guys did like Yuki but Oushi got in the way and ruined her chances.

I totally understand your point, but the plot here has always been that Itsuomi is much more experienced than Yuki-- in almost every facet. We didn't know how much dating experience, in specific, he'd had, but this is only one more point in an already big list, so... idk about you, but to me it just feels in line with the manga's theme.
