A Chapter or two right after Uno first appears he introduces himself to the class and says he's from Edinburgh. There's also an info dump extra chapter with character profiles and Q&A in between the end of the main story and the start of the side stories where Uno's profile says he's from the UK. This extra chapter is not on this site, I believe.
Oh right! it’s in chapter 18, but I think it’s not accurate since Uno was disguising himself as Adam Kiley who just happens to be from Edinburgh. It’s such a shame if Hanse’s side note isn’t included there, but thanks for the info if Uno is from the UK ^^
