Don’t be fooled by what you see. While it might look like Korean men are affectionate and gentle, reality is much more complex. Korea is still a very conservative society with deeply rooted gender roles, and misogyny and sexism are less significant issues there.
Many Korean men , like men everywhere can act affectionate with their friends, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they treat women equally or respectfully in relationships. In fact, Korea has a high rate of misogyny, and some men blame women for societal issues as a way to feel in control.
Also, most BL manhwa are created by women who imagine idealized personalities for male characters. That’s why these characters seem so caring and gentle, it’s fiction. In real life, finding men who fully embody those traits is rare. Even if they aren’t overtly misogynistic, they may still hold traditional or problematic views.
As an Asian person, I’d say it’s important not to romanticize an entire group of people based on media portrayals. Reality is a lot more nuanced and harsher.

Are korean boys really like them? I mean they're so affectionate with each other so caring. They're hugging, clinging, stuffing food to each other. Not just 5 of them, they're like that with their classmate & coursemate as well. I know BTS members are like that but are korean boys in general really like that as well? In my country usually girls are like that but boys? Well that's a rare sight for boys..
