Maybe henry was a killer when he was away from the doctor which differs from the persona the doctor remembers and the persona of head. Which tells me that his "heart" loves him but without lust, his "dick" loves to lust over him but only likes him due to, of course, intercourse, and the "head" without its "heart" and "dick": love and lust, would only leave the killer persona in "head".
