I think this perfectly represent how a medical professional end up in the past. Christianity have a firm grip and people are very superstitious that they easily believe about demons and stuff. It’s hard to prove mc’s scientific truths and unless he went against moral ethics and went on to conduct human experimentation for the public I think it will remain frustrating.

it's unfortunately realistic, religious beliefs were practically tied with everything, from politics, way of life, and medicine - that's why pyung explains scientific knowledge in ways that people from that time can understand, by using religious of means to explain scientific knowledge now
There were so many deaths the mc could have prevented but no its just used for shock value. I know he is not in any position to change the concept of medicine as of yet but still very frustrating. I hope in the future he can tell it as it is as scientific truths rather nonsense gibberish.
