Great work ethic or not, I just cant grasp the idea that an employee who is overworked, basically on call 24/7 with nonexistent work life balance will not complain about their boss even one bit, not even a passing remark or muttering under his breath. Either he must be extremely workaholic with blind loyalty or admiration to that woman, or he mustve really loved his job, or smth else idk. Im not underestimating their work ethic, frankly theirs is as toxic as japans, im underestimating his human nature, deeply curious how he dont have that inherent nature to complain about the minute inconvenience regarding his boss, or maybe he did and i missed it idk
