nope, it was stated before when presenting the character that Dohyun is manipulative and always get what he wants without caring for other people, even if that's a little out of law.
Also He shows that attitude when He say "forget it" because Sungho tried to tell him "I don't like this game". He totally knows what he is doing.
Manipulation or not it's still legal if you consent and never end up saying no, I totally understand what you mean and actually agree with you! But he still did say yes at the end of the day, he chose to listen to Dohyun's wants so at the end of the day he's still at fault... even though he's my precious son (￣∇￣")

Dohyun is abusing Sungho psycologically and if you go to court with this is enough to make a case hahaha maybe not a strong one, but still.

It's really hard to say though since Dohyun probably thought that Sungho consented to all of the things they did together. Sungho didn't struggle or reject him really, if you were Dohyun, wouldn't you think that he was consenting? I mean, Dohyun was an asshole but he did basically express that he wouldn't care if Sungho rejected in the last few chapters recently uploaded. I'm not saying the Sungho brought this upon himself, but their communication in the past or at least the way how Sungho dealt with things was well, pretty bad. If he just rejected him, none of this would be happening, then again, he didn't want to cut of their ties at the same time. Sigh* this is honestly so sad and tragic for both parties. Props to the mangaka for making such an indepth and interesting story so far ┗( T﹏T )┛
