Well he knew how exactly high society was treating her and he fanned the flames for the rumors about him and her and never bothered to set anyone straight. Given it was because of his messed up past but he had gone obsessed and wanted her to himself by ruining her reputation and preventing her from having any sort of normal relationship with anyone else. That’s why she cut off their relationship. It was mentioned that he never listened no matter how much she pleaded before. She grew tired of him walking all over her and using her for his emotional baggage/dumpster.

Luna was getting ostracized left and right bcs of persen, her family business also suffering bxs of that and people LITERALLY STOLE FROM THEM in the og story bcs of persen which lead to her dad's death as well mind you and you expect her to treat him "right"? Not to mention Luna literally did communicate with persen he just never listened so she had to make him listen the hard way

He was an oblivious moron at the beginning. He had no idea what she and her family was enduring, rhe FL herself admitted it. She only kept telling him she hated him and to leave her alone without any context so the oblivious moron thought she was joking. He was abused all his life his wires were crossed. Plis he too was controlled by the plot and considering he was the original ML his control would be worst. He is a victim of circumstances, he is a victim, an abused mentally ill person who was abandoned by everyone and pushed to the brink so he jumped.

Repeating it three times isn’t going to make what you’re saying more correct or impactful. Presenting him as simply an oblivious moron is a severe trivialization and diminution of his very harmful behaviour. He is a psycho. A psycho that from the very beginning was exhibiting obsessive, controlling, and possessive behaviour. She wasn’t saying she hated him out of no where. She tried to break away from him and he started displaying the aforementioned behaviours, so she started to be more harsh with him to make her intentions and feelings absolutely crystal clear for him. The first time she told him to his face that she hated him, she followed up by explaining exactly why she felt that way… You can only claim to be oblivious if you don’t know what’s going on, but she literally told him why she didn’t want to be friends anymore.
Also, even if he WAS simply an oblivious moron… so what? The harm he caused is what matters, even if he wasn’t conscious of it. Isolating her from social circles, wanting to control who she sees, treating her like his possession, Kidnapping her dad, and trying to KILL her?? The man is off his rocker. The only scenario where he is a victim is with his dad, and even that can’t justify the way he behaved. Her actions were a direct response to his behaviour. She never treated him in a way that was excessive. She knows the type of person he is, and did precisely what was necessary to protect herself. She was only able to believe in a better relationship for them, when she considered a reality where he came to his senses (whether that meant breaking away from the author, or personally realizing how insane he was being).
Also, it’s one or the other; either his upbringing “made” him do it, or the author made him do it—It can’t be both.
TLDR; Oblivious my ass. Victim my ass. He’s a psycho.

It was repeated 3 time as a courtesy to the 3 person's who responded with the same point said in different ways. So the response to each comment was the same. Persen is a victim of abuse. Let's agree to disagree. I read the first few lines of your response but im not reading all of that. I stopped at the he is a psycho comment. Two things can be true at once acknowledging one aspect does not automatically dismiss the other. He is a victim of abuse who unfortunately went off the deep end which lead to harmful behaviour.

“Let’s agree to disagree” that’s the one thing you said that I agreed with in my comment. My main disagreement is with your suggestion that any of what he’s going through is in any capacity the FL’s fault or responsibility. And I also agree that two things can be true at once; he can be a victim of abuse while also being the villain in everyone else’s story. I said as much. Responding while not knowing what you’re responding to is crazy

Also what’s wrong with calling him a psycho when that’s what he is? He is an individual that is mentally unstable, whose thoughts and emotions are often disconnected from reality… He is in fact unwell and experiencing psychosis. The majority of his screen time is literally him creating and grounding himself in an altered version of reality. He is delusional in a way that is not typical.

You do realize I only respond as a courtesy not because you opinion actually matters right. All your responses are the same where it lacks critical thinking. However because I do employ critical thinking I can respond without having read 2 paragraphs repeating the same narrative....or maybe I too am controlled by the plot. Either way I am muting this thead now. As it seem you are unable to understand that not everyone reads the same story even if reading the same plot. Different opinions are natural and no one can say who is right or wrong. As such believe what you like, you chose to respond and purposely clash with my opinion simply because it differs from yours. You aren't the first plot ideologue I have interacted with. Either way this post is now muted, so we won't be interacting further.

I’m sorry lol to suggest I lack critical thinking when you haven’t engaged with any of the points I made is very fascinating. And to act like I’m just looking for a fight, is also an interesting take. You literally posted an opinion in a comment section made for discourse, but want to run away and ‘mute’ when the smallest bit of pressure is applied. It sounds like you want to exist in an echo chamber. God forbid I want to pick someone’s brain.

if I could like comments I would like yours. That is because I agree with your points. I would like to add that she has been rejecting him since their childhood. So he has been ignoring her opinion and her right to chose who to interact with, by not clearing his fiancees worries. He did not help in any social situation, which he is also a part of (high society). He abused his standing by keeping her beside him eventhough no one wanted that and when she made it clear how much she hates him he only started to make excuses until we ended at our last chapter. Upuntil the last few chapters, he was delusional in thinking of getting her back, stalking her, abusing his standing and triesing to dictate what she is meaning and saying instead of listening.
Honestly...after treating Persen like crap, abandoning their childhood friendship with no explanation the FL actually said she thought their relationship could go back to how it was when they were child. That girl is delusional and is not a good person. Yes Persen when pushed to the brink kept making the wrong decision. But it did not have to get this far. Dear author you failed Persen and FL is not a good person.
