You do know that even in a marriage explicit consent is needed before any sexual conduct? Sure they have a contract, doesn't mean he can do whatever the hell he wants to mc does it. If the mc can't walk straight after having sex with him (after repeatedly saying he was tired in the middle btw) then there is an issue. It's not the traditional form of rape but rape nonetheless.
