MC was kidnapped and SAd. Clearly has trauma after the event and there are two MLs. The one ML is (mostly) there to support him as a friend at first. The other ML (originally) just liked their sexual chemistry. MC basically tries to use sex as a way to cope with the trauma which is clear as the story continues.
I actually enjoyed that this story didn’t romanticize SA like so many others and did a good job at showing how differently people cope with trauma, even if it’s not in a way you’d think they should cope with it.

Hi! I'm looking for BLs with specific tropes/arcs. I'd really like a good whump read so if anyone has recommendations of the uke getting beaten/killed/raped by the antagonist and lives in actual trauma while the ML kind of stays with them through the healing process.
I'm not looking for stories where the ML is the rapist/assaulter, I'm looking for works where the ML is actually supporting and helping the MC through the trauma.
I'd also like it if the trauma incident is as graphic as possible.
