It's a complex relationship as you can see. Juyeon actually has contradictory feelings towards jiwook. At the end of the novel it is explain that, even though he hates jiwook for the things he did to him, he can't leave him
Spoileeeeeer
They end up together, but as the relationship becomes deeper so does the manipulation, co dependence and abuse. Jiwook realizes at the end that he "enjoys" the pain that Jiyeon gives him, but in reality I think it just reflects how much manipulation and sorrow Jiyeon has put jiwook. It's a bad ending, but to they I think it was the only ending
juyeon confuses me SOOO much….. i know he hates jiwook and seeks revenge, but i cant tell if he completely hates him? like, does he “like” him or holds some sort of twisted affection for him?
i CANNOT tell if he’s being honest in this chapter or not, i mean i think part of it is a lie atleast but is there some truth to it? if jiwook truly becomes obedient and stops misbehaving, would he actually stop hurting him and treat him well? does he “care” for him?
ALSO CAN A NOVEL READER SPOIL ME PLEASE! do they end up together? fall in love or just like, stay together….. i could already tell from the beginning the manhwa wasnt going to be an authentic adaptation of the novel but i still want to know!!!!
