I'm sorry but why so many times when there's a non-korean character, they have the most ridiculous first name or surname? There has even been characters from my country and even then they name them the most cringiest of names.

Ikr? Why not Lev, Dimitri, Alek or Mikhail? Those are common too but I never see them!

I feel you, German characters tend to have the most ridiculous and over the top obvious surnames, Frieren is a prime example of this.
One of the demons is literally names "liar" (Lügner) and one fast girl is named Laufen meaning "running/fast paced walking".
In Attack on Titan, Eren's surname Jäger means "hunter", wonder what this main character will do with that name lol

It's still nice to see German in Anime and Manga but the names crack me up.

I feel like that would be common in any country of origin literature that uses names from other countries.
Since the original words would be in their language, a foreign word regardless of the meaning would sound good for a name. So to people who are from that actual country it sounds ridiculous or uninspiring.

I remember when I was in middle school and wrote a story where the main characters
Name was Mijikai because I thought it sounded pretty but if it was ever read by a Japanese person they would think it was ridiculous because it translates to "short"

Yes exactly with my country, japanese tend to name us with really old, unsexy names that usually are used by middle-aged uncles and aunties or older. Imagine a hot 23 year old basketball player that is named Ebenezer. Even bigger pet peeve is when they misspell our names so like, if someone was named Mathew but it was spelt Methew but you know they meant Mathew.

Same!! And while I'm at it, they stereotype us heavily. If there's a fighting anime and theres a character from my country, I can guess what she/he will look like and what is their power because of one famous historical character from my country.
