This is what I (very) roughly understood with Google Translate:
-Ever since high school, ML has been in love with his friend even though he gets treated like shit and is hurt constantly. MC is obsessed with ML because of sex, and through their daily interactions, MC gets to know more about ML’s honest and innocent side. MC eventually finds out about ML’s first love. He was sad and frustrated seeing ML hurt and used, and so guided by his morals, he tried to make ML’s life happier despite ML’s unrequited love. Later on, MC and ML eat and drink together at ML’s rooftop, and through that, ML gets to know MC’s true colors and kind side, different from his sex addicted image.
-There’s a “bitter reason” (?) why MC has his reasons for being crazy about sex. So perhaps sad backstory?
