YESSS in my opinion it’s really good manhwa! As for harem, I don’t see it as one. There are two possible love interests, but it isn’t progressing and I think he sees them only as comrades(they see him also only as a comrade). So I think there won’t be any romance even as story progresses
It does have "romance" in the sense that the MC has a kind-of love interest. But there hasn't been any stupid romance plot going on so far. If anything the "romance" is just that he's particularly fond of one girl, and they're slowly growing closer by just...living together (he's living at her home as he has no place for himself yet) and doing things together.
