They shoul've just added this extra on the Count on Me Baby series page to avoid confusion from the fans here.

for note, the author recently made the change for their story to be sold independently from just being extras on the main story so they could come back later to continue their story as a full spin-off. they talked about it on twt awhile back.

Don't know why they put it on a seperate manga page but as far as I know, this is just an extra or basically, just one shot from the "Count on Me Baby" series. You can check that on the 1st chapter from Count on Me Baby. On the "Contents" page.
