yes in ch39 that's the father. but while i was scrolling to find the chapter for you guy earlier i noticed in ch47 gun was having some sort weird flashback at the church. i thought he was originally normal human but the flashback shows maybe he was some sort of sacrifice for the alien? and i dont remember which chapter but very early in the manhwa gun was insecure about his red eyes, so i guess red eyes is not normal in this universe.
this is just my guess, but judging from the way author writes, and the alien using gun's face to put the baby inside him, maybe gun is actually the father of the baby alien lol. and gun lost his memories. it's just a wild guess though, but for now what we know the father is the alien

I was really intrigued with that chapter cuz it hints the ml is also not a normal human, which could explain why he was abnormally strong and has a deep connection with the mc that definitely has a alien/vampire side to him.
I also find weird how the author shows too much womb shot, it made me think that maybe the baby will born with Gun's face and "become" his father by infusing his DNA constantly in the mc's womb, idk, it's also a possibility
