that's an entirely separate issue from the "felix is derek" problem. im not rlly a fan of the rape either, but tbh it does feel a bit inevitable. uriel has been shown to have a very unhealthy attachment to derek/Felix - felix wanting to "leave" him was the final nail in the coffin
guys, what did u expect with a reincarnated lover story, obviously uriel is going to struggle to separate derek from felix and see felix as his own person. especially since derek apparently raised uriel and he's been in love with derek for centuries and is wracked with guilt over his death. it's also only been a single season, I'm sure the author is going to resolve everything and not turn felix into a derek-substitute for uriel
