What do people mean this is a reupload? Does that mean this isn't the actual story? If so, can someone tell me the actual story title...

    Reupload just means that the exact same story is already on this site. As others have commented, this one has more chapters than the other upload. A spin-off would be where it diverges or is a different perspective of the main story.
