That's not a spoiler, that's already been covered in the manhwa. The manhwa made it seem like it was her pheromone but there's really no difference in omegaverse between drugs and pheromones. It was very clear that he did not consent and it only happened because he wasn't in his right mind. I don't remember what chapter but it was a while ago.
I never said she was a good person or that the things she was getting done were good things. She's just the only one getting things done. Some of the things she's getting done are pretty terrible, but they're getting done lol.
I just want to be clear that I'm not defending this woman, I'm just impressed with her work ethic and her ability to move the plot. She's currently the only one in this whole story who's moving the plot.
