Read this recently and I love the brown haired dude J Watson more than the ML.. just because he's a commoner and MC already engaged he didn't had a chance but he still wished the FL to be happy so he never put his feelings first argh.... I wish he finds a good lady that'll love him ASAP

Another thing.. They always have to come up with some sad ass backstory for the ML so he has an excuse as to why he acts like a douchebag. Nah HELL NAH

I thought that modern authors would write more and more stories with 2nd MLs being the endgame, but I actually don't know any story like this (mb 1), it's like obligatory for them to make 2nd leads suffer, while jerks get their happy endings (￣ε(#￣)Σ
