IKR. It would've been better if they labelled it separately from the og ORV, and instead perhaps mentioned ORV as the inspo instead. BUT WHO HAD THE CRAZY THOUGHT TO LABEL IT AS LIVE ADAPTATION Σ( ￣□￣||)
It makes me feel like the director, or whoever thought of that project, didn't know how big of a presence ORV has in this community. But they definitely did not think it through. It makes me sad though, because those actors are very well known for their good acting, but the direction was simply messed up. And tbh kinda disappointed at the actors too, because I think actors do their own researching or reading on the original prior to formally starting the shoot, but I guess no one argued strongly about their character presentations. Honestly disappointed at everyone involved in the adaptation
