I wonder if she’s jealous of their relationship or Ameri’s confidence? I still don’t really get what she would be jealous of in regards to that situation.
I think she’s jealous that Ameri’s able to express her herself and hang around Iruma freely. He’s the only person to stick with the program and treats her as his master. Kinda like if your best friend gets another friend and they’re always hanging out with them.

Actually, if you can remember, Bachiko tried to give her own handkerchief to Iruma so that he would escort her as her student but Iruma had to politely decline because he had already promised Ameri to accompany her to the Deviculum since he received her handkerchief first. So in short she was acting jealous towards Ameri because she felt Ameri robbed her of the opportunity and was envious of her. :)
