Thats not how its work...jiwoo is literally unconscious even if the core is damaged he could easily still kill jiwoo right there and win again . The moment jiwoo fell was his Lose
I mean on the literal sense he did win. But if he's core is damage then it's a long term effect. That's what I mean. He lost in the way he took to much damage that he can't fight in the future ever again unless kartein fix his core. Like he did with jiwo way back.
Unless he have kartein to heal that core he can't even use his powers anymore
