You're right, so chase was in a haze bc of his rut and didn't remember who he had sex with and his fuckass brother told him he did it with a dog to "teach him a lesson about suppressing his ruts" and that's not even the end of it his brother is an abusive piece of shit that even went to the extent of drugging the bodyguards so an anti-alpha cult type shi could get to Chase

It was not Grayson who drugged the bodyguards. He's an extreme alpha that needs protection from the cult as well. The bodyguards ate the sweets at the lab not knowing they were spiked. Only cos Grayson prefers the sweets that way. The staff didn't check or anything. There's some speculation that Steward is a part of this cult despite extensively doing research on extreme alphas
