There's also the potential that the reason why he thinks his sister is a horrible person...is that she actually is a little horrible on the inside. I don't think the lawyer would be interested in her, just because she had a hard life. She wants to be a good person, but the world is so harsh to her, that with the lawyer by her side, she's becoming more and more comfortable being herself.

For those hating on the brother , its probably a misunderstanding why he hates his sister because the mom hated FL too so she probably told the kid lies. The true villain is this psychopath lawyer, hes ruining life like she had to quit her job now hes tryna kill her brother .If he does die like u guys want, she will read his journal and blame herself for his death .
