Lol taking T doesnt cancel out estrogen. If anything they need hormone blockers to prevent excess estrogen in his body. But in Japan they cant get gender affirming care till they 18
ofc it’s a suite of hormone blockers & the desired sex hormones lol, i was just being general. i was just commenting on authors being so uncreative that they didn’t world build, especially since in japan hormone therapy is used on intersex or early puberty in minors, etc
does hrt not exist in any of these genderbend worlds? if which sex you end up presenting as after this disease is dependent on sex hormones & you want to stay male time to get on t. or in genderbend stories where it’s irreversible, time to transition back
