Tracy was not being nice, what she did was actually evil. Ash has gone through so much just to survive and she wrote him off as evil and untrustworthy(even though he did EXACTLY what she told him to) just because of his future (potential) actions. Imprisoning him was vile, and killing him would've been inhumane of her. She is holding a grudge against literal children for the crimes that their future ADULT selves haven't even committed yet.
Also I think it's valid for her to not like/trust Oleg because he did abuse her, but she's just as bad. She's extremely manipulative and doesn't give him credit where it's due even though she fully knows that he only acts the way he does because of his abusive environment. And then she uses him and puts him in harms way because of her plans. Idk if that's not evilness idk what is

Well she doesn’t really have the luxury not to do so she’d be dead multiple times over if she did. While Ash’s upbringing is unfortunate, who he at his core is the same as it was in his past life, someone how has no form of remorse/conscience, and no allegiance to others who will do anything to benefit themselves. I think she saw that and that’s why she’s not to keep him by her side/try and reform him. So the best option was to get rid of him, I guess the only reason she does kill him is because no matter how shrewd/“evil” she does keep her word…

Yes but he's only that way because of his situation. His country was annihilated and he was a refugee that was constantly taken advantage of FROM CHILDHOOD, of course he wouldn't feel bad for other people– he has himself to worry about. He's in the same position as Tracy when you think about it. I'm not saying she had to keep him by her side, because she's valid in not trusting him, I'm just saying that imprisoning him was just too much. She does keep her word, but she was very misleading in how she did it
You just know Ash is gonna come back and cause problems. She’s too nice for her own good she should have killed him. At least Oleg seems redeemable
, that’s such a relief
