I search the name to see if there's more update and in the raw version after ch.14 there's a Suspension Notice
On lalatoon global, it went up to episode 16, then there was a hiatus notice. Basically stated that this has been temporary put on hold.
The hiatus notice was 3 years ago so yeah! It is discontinued.
Wait! I saw discontinued so why would someone upload a discontinued story?!
