We all know Iseul’s home life suck and this season we are seeing that this is a lot worse than what we thought. Not only the blatant emotional abuse many readers already had an inkling to being a part of her family dynamic but also physical abuse (her legs being bruised because of “punishment for misbehaving”) on top of the disgusting levels of misogyny within that rich people family who will much likely force iur lesbian MC to become a bride to some rando if the author runs out of ideas…
And we also know that when it comes to romantic relationships she has a terrible trauma with her first love marrying her brother and I won’t go on about how much I hate this bitch treating 27 yo Iseul like the helpless teenager she once was and acting like she knows best the same way her 4 years older ass did by not even giving young Iseul the space to discuss their relationship in a serious manner before unilaterally deciding to marry HER BROTHER…
Ended up shitting on the ex again bc i can’t help myself but just to point out how fucked up her formative memories about love were because her first love was an older woman who at 19-20 treating high schooler MC like she was “just a kid” and running off to marry her brother because Iseul couldn’t possibly understand the 8d chess plan she had of marrying into the family and fucking the sister-in-law on the side while having to ultimately put out for the brother at some point out of pure peer pressure to have a child. So, I won’t spoil the 2 chapters we are behind in english, but we gotta hold hands here and accept that stuff is about to get really fucked up because our girl Iseul never had the time to see sex as anything than a drug to stop her pain and that led her not only to an unhealthy lifestyle with all the alcohol and whatnot but also to dangerous life with the probable levels of poorly done BDSM she got involved it.

Like… Immature 20-something yo levels of dumb shit many people here will clutch their pearls to while acting morally superior because we know what safe words are bc we read an internet post about it once (real-life example here). And while I think introducing BDSM into the story is not an issue, this unhealthy relationship Iseul has with sex will likely become a major thing for the plot and the BDSM in it with feel kinda iffy for some time because Sori’s country ass can’t sit down and give her boss a lesson on the Do’s and Don’t of Sadomasochism and Dominant/Submissive relationships cuz she herself probably has no idea.
I never read the author’s previous work, so if someone can spoil me about it so I have an idea about what to hope for, I’d appreciate it.
the other author's work is also very toxic, like step sis something I can't remember.. so im not surprised w all of this.

Things are taking a direction I am not really sure I enjoy. I mean, I can understand the psychology behind all this but I think the way Iseul is right now and has been for her whole young adulthood will hurt Sori who is quite innocent in comparison. That will be hurtful for us readers to see.
We are getting into dangerous kink stuff just like that time with Sori slapping Iseul’s ass and forcing her to go on even though she says she’s not in the mood (y’know, the whole thing people call SA that to me it’s not a deal breaker because it’s much more complex and just portrays the lack of dialogue between partners without making one of them a fucking monster who should never be forgiven), but this time there’s a lot to unpack.
