Depending on the fan translation of the novel, there are also things missing.
That what you mentioned is actually missing in some fan translations, in others the hospital part which should in the next 1-2? is missing. Also some smaller parts were left out in some translations, too.
And in the manhwa they already left out some smaller things before/ did some small changes. So I wouldn't be that surprised if they leave out a few more things.

That one is actually one of the worst translation at the moment, if they didn't overwork it lately. That one also misses half of chapter 18. When you go a bit through the comments there are better ones linked.
