I like how you, a tj stan, says this but as a Jo stan, I think theyll go all the way as a last act between them. It's possible Ian might want stop half way but I doubt it. Ian always let's it play out.

The next couple eps are probably going to be the decider. I think Ian is going to push TJ away, and they aren’t going to have sex— and he’s gonna go to Jo.
