Okay, I read the spoilers so the hatred from the duke is pretty much valid (analyze how nobles think, and he used to be a good father and a good dad). Basically put, he was drugged and raped by MC's mum (dunno if this is true but word is spreading from those who read the novel). But then again, he's toxic af for treating a kid so badly he didn't even explain his side of his story because the MC is now pretty much capable of understanding why he's being a dickhead (someone said the MC is 15-16 yrs old)
I am so pissed off at the duke for not realizing it's his dumbass mistake for using his dick to think instead of his brain. He's literally the one who made MC with MC's mum, and it's his fucking fault. I hope someone kicks some sense into his pea sized dickhead.
