I’m not talking about the world building. I’m talking about the relationship dynamic specifically which sometimes are present irl but often ends up failing
I’m so sorry. I’ve tried to get behind this relationship so many times but I just can’t yes I know that it’s obviously fictional and overly romanticized but it just would never, EVER work in real life. It seems like it’s made for disaster, and I don’t know if it’s because I’m getting older or what, but I keep thinking of reasons why it would completely fall apart every time a character does something icky.
