It's honestly a normal expression of readers that waits for the updates when it's still on-going, it happens all the time in all Manga/Mahwa and switch back to accepting that character when the author gives a back story of that character so I don't really blame the readers who hates then switch to accept the character later on because their hates only started when they thought that character is an ass.
Fr bro... He got raped on basically day one of the story. It was clear as day who the victim was. (I dropped it somewhere in the middle back when this was updating because of this shit) ppl we're just to young or dumb to understand that.

He was a little dumb sometimes, but victim blaming the guy who was raped, forcefully impregnated because “he’s annoying” is just crazy work. Sympathising with the guy who keeps cornering him and manipulating him is even more insane. Thank god I didn’t read this when it was popular and the recent readers are smarter he had every right to want to leave and not want the kid (that came from RAPE).
