It's been sixteen years. There was a fifteen-year celebration last year with special extras and cover illustrations. The manga had been on an extended hiatus but resumed regular releases in February of this year and has been on a bi-monthly schedule since. This is a new arc called Pray in Abyss. The old Naked Truth arc ended years ago. Maybe that's what you're thinking of. But the story is still ongoing.

In short again, this is ongoing manga, and the translation team did their job very fast, around two days after its release
Because it says it was released in 2001, so it's almost been like 15 years since then, I was thinking they were done and this manga was completed...... If so then why are they only able to translate the extras and not the direct actual chapter? If this manga is yet to be complete, then I understand but if it is complete, whole different story there
