Trying to find this book i forgot to save

I don't remember much but the top was a CEO and idr much bout the bottom but there was a point where they went to the top's childhood home or childhood vacation house and watched some old vhs tapes together. Another piece i remember was the top gave him a place to come n go whenever and it was a loft style apartment. I think there was a chapter where they argued and the bottom told him he liked him and begged him to like him back i think? I remember nothing else but somebody please gimme somethingg （/TДT)/
