The last I saw of it, he coughed it up all over the floor, then there was that pool after he stabbed his arm. How much blood are you looking for? They will have a hard time cleaning that up without Tide.
What chapters? Elsewhere or here on this site? I read until the latest upload and it's still giving the usual OI, without the action and intense fight or die in the early chapters where she was trapped.
He starts coughing up blood at the end of chapter 18, then the first page of chapter 19 has him stabbing his own arm. Let's not forget the chapters just prior where assassins kept coming after her, and he eventually tells her make sure not to bury the bodies because it's a hassle to dig them back up to dispose of them. That might not have been exciting, but it sure was funny though.
