I don’t care for mpreg at all, but I’ve always thought of these characters like spotted hyenas. Male and female Spotted hyenas have similar external reproductive anatomies, which is not great for birthing. So basically spotted hyenas are giving birth via a very narrow canal. I always figured that’s how these characters pop out their kids.
