it’s the surname of the protagonist from the anime death note! its a student who get a « book from death » and when he writes people’s name they die. the mc goal (at first) was to purge the world from the bad people so she kind of look like him in this aspect

Kira us not his surname. His full name is light yagami. He's called Kira cause it's the Japanese pronunciation of Killer.
