Young and dumb and too emotional. Is actually more realistic than some other scenarios. If you think about how so many divorced people/ ex partner still make it hard on their ex partner if these find a new love.

how are you gonna break up with him over a misunderstanding that you never even bothered to clear up and then proceed to spend the next decade sleeping with other guys to catch his attention… sure he was sweet in the end but ryo deserved better :/
