I really hate bringing real life shit into fiction, but some of the comments are seriously insane. I know it's not the intention of some commenters, but some of the comments almost read like if you've ever experienced this level of traumatic rape that it 'makes sense' to just end your life. That death would be better than rape. It's very careless wording. Rape is a deplorable action in itself, but it doesn't (or shouldn't) taint the victim for the rest of their life. It's a wound that stays, but doesn't have to define the person's whole existence. I hope people know that.
