I don't know why specifically it got cancelled but usually has to do with the manhwa underperforming in South Korea. Honestly, I don't think the why matters. It doesn't change that it got cancelled. If it were an issue that could be fixed like the artist quitting, they would've taken a break or put it on hiatus instead of straight-up cancelling it.
