I would not use justified since rape can never be- but rather accidentally self-sabotaging. “If I tell him he has to have long and lots of dirty sex with me, he’ll be disgusted and run away right? Right???”
But there is also this weird undercurrent of “destiny” too, like, “I’m a con man, pretending to be a shaman, but actually every choice I make and every word I say, has spiritual weight without my knowledge” lol
It’s the typical hand wave magical reasons we need to have sex but ultimately it’s still rape scenario. I’m sure the person who answered you means well but it’s a lot of words to just give you a yes or no answer. Yes it involves rape between the central characters right off the bat.

I acknowledge that, but my concern is not necessarily your response per say but how these “explanations” do lean on justifications rather than simply and plainly acknowledging rape for what it is, it is rampant in this genre and shouldn’t be a learned distraction that is used just as often in our reality as well.
